Soft shell clams are "marine bivalve mollusk" or other wise known as clams with a thin shell and a long siphon. These clams can be found on the costs of New England, the Eastern Atlantic ocean and the Wadden Sea. They are eaten almost everywhere though out the world and are very popular for their "nice, thin and easy-to-open shells." |
